保養 | Maintenance

- 每天4-8小時散射光／桌面照明，避免陽光直射曬傷植物。 - 觀察介質及植物情況決定噴水頻率。介質適宜保持輕微濕潤，切勿積水。 - 每天或每次噴水後打開瓶蓋5－10分鐘，令空氣留通。 - 可以修剪狀態欠佳或過度生長的枝葉，令植物茁壯成長。 - 詳情可參考主頁護養要求。

- 生態瓶是以陸生植物為主的生態做景，一個微縮版的大自然。 - MOSSBOI 提供的密封型生態瓶，水份會在瓶內循環，形成微型生態。 - 所有植物經過嚴格挑選，確保能適應悶養環境。相比其他盆栽，生態瓶有較低的護理要求，更適合忙碌的都市人及上班族。
我收到破損的產品，可以退貨或推款嗎? | Can I return or refund if I receive damaged products?

產品一旦交收／寄出，恕不接受退貨或退款，請您在交收時撿查清楚。 Once the product is delivered/ sent, returns or refunds will not be accepted. Please check carefully when you received it.
我可以如何取貨? | How can I receive the products?

我們僅限香港境內配送。您可以選擇在地鐵站交收（香港或九龍），或者選擇Lalamove 運費到付。 Delivery limited to Hong Kong only. You can pick up the order in MTR stations (Hong Kong Island/Kowloon), or choose Lalamove and pay on delivery.
我可以如何支付我的訂單? | How can I pay for my order?

我們支持多種支付方式，如VISA，Mastercard和PayMe。 We accept the following payment methods, VISA, Mastercard, and PayMe。
我可以修改訂單內容嗎? | Can I make changes to my order?

確認訂單後不設任何更改，我們收到訂單後會開始立刻處理您的訂單。 Once you have placed our order, it is not possible to change any details. We will start processing your order directly.
生態瓶可以養小動物嗎? | Can I keep small animals inside the terrariums?

由於空間有限，一般不建議在生態瓶內飼養其他生物。如果想設計動物為主的生態缸，可以向我們查詢。 Due to limited space, we do not recommend keeping animals inside our terrariums. If you wish to build an enclosure for specific pets, feel free to contact us for custom made services.
生態瓶的植物可以維持多久? | How long can terrariums last for?

只要護養得宜，生態瓶內的植物可以不斷生長。植物有自己的生命週期，偶有枯黃屬正常現象。 As long as proper care was given, plants in terrariums will continue to grow. All plants have their own life cycle, it is normal to see leaves wilt or turn brown.
